SMS & Text Messaging Program Terms (10DLC)
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Usui International Corporation ("UIC"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Program Description: UIC uses SMS text messaging to communicate internal operational alerts to employees and personnel. Message types include plant closure notices, shift starting time adjustments, event reminders, and emergency weather alerts. Employees may also reply to SMS messages to report absences or shift availability.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on plant operations, shift scheduling changes, and company events.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message received. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message verifying that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
- Help & Support: If you experience issues or need help with the messaging program, text HELP to any message received, email HR at , or call Corporate HR at (734) 354-3626.
- Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy & Mobile Data Protection: Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data will be used exclusively for UIC internal communications and will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
